I started this business six years ago for one simple reason.
I was tired of how luxury watches were sold. Every authorised dealer made me feel like I didn't belong. They always had endless waiting lists and fake scarcity tactics to make you feel lucky they'd sell to you at all.
So I built the opposite.

What does your lifetime warranty cover?
Every watch we sell comes with our lifetime service warranty. If your timepiece develops a mechanical fault under normal use, we'll arrange a full service at no cost to you. This covers movement issues, crown and pusher faults, and general timekeeping problems — for as long as you own the watch.
Do you buy and part-exchange pre-owned watches?
Yes. We buy outright and offer part-exchange against any watch in our collection. We accept all major brands regardless of condition, with or without box and papers. Get in touch with photos and we'll come back to you with a fair offer, usually within a few hours.
What happens if my watch is damaged or lost during delivery?
Every order is fully insured in transit. We use specialist couriers with signature-on-delivery and real-time tracking. In the rare event of damage or loss, we handle the claim and ensure you're made whole — either with a replacement or a full refund.

We're happy to guide you. Whether you have a budget in mind, a brand you love, or no idea where to begin, contact us and we'll walk you through everything — no jargon, no pressure.
What is your returns policy?
We don't accept returns, but we're always open to buying back watches purchased from us.
Do you buy watches that come without box and papers?
Absolutely. Most pre-owned watches change hands without original packaging, and we factor that into our valuations honestly. A watch without box and papers can still be worth a significant amount. Reach out and we'll give you a straight answer.
