How do I know the watch I'm buying is genuine?
Every watch we sell is fully authenticated in-house before listing. We check movements, case markings, serial numbers, and dial details against manufacturer records. You'll also receive a certificate of authenticity with your purchase, and we're happy to answer any questions about a specific piece before you buy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, all major debit and credit cards, and finance options on selected pieces. For high-value purchases, bank transfer is preferred and we can walk you through the process securely. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss payment before committing.
How do you grade the condition of your watches?
We describe every watch honestly — we don't hide scratches or wear behind vague language. Each listing specifies whether a watch is unworn, excellent, very good, or good, with photos showing real condition. If you want more detail on a specific piece, just ask.
